I am recovering from jaundice initially my total bilirubin level was 0.78 now the level is 0.4 during this phase I am having pain in the upper portion of abdomen, is it normal during recovery phase or something alarming?

Right after I took an exam I got such pressure first in my back then in my chest. I got very nauchious then bent over to vomit and nothing came up. Well, I had not eaten since the morning. When I was young I forced myself to... anorexia. I know the sphwinchter muscle is expanded somewhat and had a scopic exam of my gastric tract.. I never want that type of an exam again unless they have me sleeping during the whole exam.Is there no other way to find out about this problem?

I've been experiencing solid pellet poop for over 3 months with no mucous accompanied by some dry skin patches which are neither pink or itchy, but with time they have grown a little in size and number too.
