Hi , What is the cure for acute pancreatitis. When will patient be able to have water. Right now patient is on iv fluids since last 48 hrs but pain is still not gone compeletly even once. Diclofenac is provided patient but pain is only reduced not gone .

Over time, everything seems to make me bloat. I've been on the fodmap friendly diet and it helped, however I feel like everything just makes me bloat. I eat slowly and I drink plenty of water... It's like there is a ball in my lower abdomen. It is not painful, however it is rather uncomfortable, and when I suck in my tummy I can feel a pulse. I am relatively skinny, so it looks like I've got a tubby belly, but I exercise regularly and its mostly muscle, sticking out because of bloat.

Pain and burn in upper abdomen,beneath the breast bone.pain and burn starts from middle and goes to right upper part of abdomen and   middle back. Ultrasound report is liver is in normal size but fatty. Ampilox antibiotics has been given. Ompeparazole and anta acid and ornidazole have been also given but still pain and burn is continued.xymase test is normal.so please advice me for further treatment and test.

I am feeling like to vomit and already did vomit 2times, still gas is forming and there is a feelimg like acidity, what should i do. I already ate ranbiam DSR
