Constant acidity problem from 2 days with improper digestion, and constipation, stomach ache and also tried some medicine from nearest medical, still no relief

I have been suffering from piles since 10th std, I has it removed two years ago via surgery. But after two years it is starting to grow and it caused little pain in stool. I am applying Avonet two times a day. Pain has gone but I feel itching in my anus. I take digestion pill regularly with warm water before sleep. Stool is not hard. What should I do?

She has been taking Ganaton 50 mg thrice and Itopride tab thrice a day. And She is /was fine. But, now doctor has changed the medicines which are not working on her. She continued the above two medicines for three months. My question is can she continue ganaton 50 mg twice a day instead of Rantac suspension for some more timi? She is following doctors instructions as advised for not to take water after meals and not to go to bed for two hours after meals. Please suggest me how far ganaton is

Hello, I am a female. My age is 20. I am having diarrhoea from 9 days before. It started 2 days before my period. Stool condition is very runny, like water. I feel very weak. I am having hypersomnia for my weakness. I go to toilet 3/4 times in a day. I tried some medicines. Those medicines was suggested by an Mbbs 4th year student. Medicines names are : Flagyl. That didn't worked. So he suggested me again : Amodis 500 mg. I used to take flagyl before. But, this time both medicines didn't worked.
