Stomach Problems & Remedies

I've been having diarrhea for 4 days now. It was on thursday I was swimming and I accidentally ingested pool water ( the pool water probably has chlorine because it was salty ) and shortly after I started feeling gassy and tender and then I was feeling okay but just with diarrhea. What can I do? please help. I've tried imodium for the first two days but to no avail

My stomach feel full always ,,, bloated always, I can't eat moe than 3 4 mouthful,then I am feeling fullerenes, breathing difficulty, gas problem, allergic to dust and smell, sinusitis ,,

Dear Madam/Sir, my wife recently did laparoscopic of gallbladder stone which was successfully removed. But now, after 5 months post laparoscopy, she is facing upper abdomen pains. In the meantime I just gave her nexpro rd40 and drotin D's (for pain) which worked but will you give me suggestions what should I do next.
