Burning sensation in the upper chest
I am having a burning sensation in the upper chest , and there is mucus coming up to the throat , slight pain on the right side on the head above the ear

Dyspepsia. Has many causes. Get an USG abdomen done. If normal consider an endoscopy

But, you can try these basic life adjustments: Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol,smoking, spicy and fried food, irregular dietary habit, constipation, inadequate sleep, taking water and or reclining immediately after a bulky meal. Ensure small qty of healthy food with standard roughage at small regular intervals. Can take common OTC antacids. Address stress issues, if any.
