I have been experiencing abdominal bloating everyday for about 8 months now. As soon as I get out of bed my stomach feels gigantic and tight, even if I haven’t eaten or drank anything yet. I also get gas along with it, as well as some painful bowel movement as if there is a cut or sore at the end of my rectum. I am experiencing aching pain in the lower hypogastric region.

I have been some stomach issues since 7 days. I feel heaviness after eating little amount of food. And instantly have to go toilet after eating. I have slight swelling under bellybutton.
