Dear Sir, I am 23 yrs. of age and i m suffering from constipation since childhood. I have taken so many home remedies, avurvedic and even i had consulted doctor for same, but still i found no solution for my constipation. Even now if i dont take 'pat saffa' and tab. Cremalax 10mg, i dont feel urge to pass the stools for 6 to 7 days. But this treatment is also for shorter time. Plz help me to cure my constipation.

I'm facing severe heart burns now a days Irrespective of any food I take. Also when I sleep sideways always gets vomitting feeling everyday. Heart burn mostly happens in morning. Vomit feel for whole night.

I have had constant burping and bloating of the stomach due to excessive gas. I do not eat a lot of junk food and I also exercise. But this problem doesn't seem to reduce. I have had this issue since around 4 years now. I have also taken medicines for the same. But nothing seems to be working. My stomach bloats up frequently and I feel discomfort with my stomach during the day. I have tried various home remedies as well. Still I can't find a solution.

Few years ago (5) I had blood in my stoop due to constipaion and it lasted long so I went India and a doctor did a treatment ( non surgical ) where he use some cream to fill the deep cut everyday and clean it and last few days one small stitch .. I had no blood later but since then I have developed swelling around anus. Same doctor said it’s normal n will go by time . I have no pain but why does lump don’t go . Please help

I'm facing the problem of watering my mouth at the time of sleeping . When I wake up at anytime I found lots of water starch in my mouth. It's very odd and giving bad feeling . Please suggest me something how I can get overcomes . What should I eat ? Or not ?so I will avoid. Also any exercise I need to do.
