Same symptoms after of appendix surgery

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I had chronic appendicitis four months back and went through surgery. I was fine after that. Now i am feeling the same symptoms again like groin area pain lower abdominal pain etc What can be the cause? Does gastric cause this kind of pain?
