Cant stop medicines

Cant stop medicines

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I got abdominal pain on my stomach first time befor 6 months, i also get the same pain 2 times after this. I contact dr and do the scan and upper gi. From upper gi dr says i have hiatus hernia. He gives the medicine. Last tume he give medicine for a month and say after month stay 2 weeks without medicine. Because of that i stop medicine before 3 days. But yesterday evening the pain comes again. I also stop spicy foods. Why i cant stop medicine and why cant control my gastritis by foods?

Eat bland diet...lots of water. After rating immediately don't sleep. ...if still not relieved take medicine for 4 weeks after consultation of your doctor
