Hello doctor, my dad got cirrotic liver.. for that he is getting so much eaching n his health is detorating... he got hcc malignant n his afp result is normal.. biopsy could not been done because a small tumer is there in his vain, so it'll be bleeding if biposy is done... so we r not getting any solution what to do.. how to overcome his cirrotic lever n how to reduce his eaching problem..... please please help... urgent

Will having Gaviscon ( for indigestion) after a meal be at least somewhat effective if forgotten to take before? OR is it beat to avoid one night?

My 12 year old daughter has abdominal cramps with nausea every now and then. She eats very little. Water intake is also not sufficient coz of strict washroom rules in school. Hello, Previously approx 1 month ago I was having jaundice at 6.5 now last week it reduced to 1.4...Direct 1 indirect .4. and SGPT at 69. So I have joined my office after one month. Now after doing 3 working days I am having loose motion. Not exactly loose motion but developing gas and when going for bathroom it kind of loose motion but only 3 to 4 time days..

About 5 years ago I started getting really bad heartburn and sort of wheezing when I'm laying down. I also have tightness below my throat and pain on only 1 side below my throat. Also when I drink cool drinks I feel the liquid coming back up to my throat then going back down once I burp. I feel like I burp excessive too. I have abdominal pain and distension from nearly 4 years... Recently i have undergona a colonoscopy in my hometown by dm gastro. It is showing multiple discreet ulcers in terminal ileum caecum and ic valve.... The doctor is saying it is tuberculosis.. But after taking anti tubercular med for 10 days... I developed severe dizziness.... So we went to another big gastro doctor in delhi.. He repeated colonoscopy and he is not in favour of. Tb... He has given me mesalazine granules but i m getting no relief... Pks help
