If m eating anything I feel like vomiting I have become weak I was suffering from typhoid last month but these day's money not able to eat anything

With short history it seems you are suffering from gastritis. Try tab. PANTODAC DSR ( 1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 5 days.Report the progress
