I am finding difficulty in the toilet to push out the stool for past two weeks, I have a pain in the anus. Pls advise for remeady

Whenever I drink milk I have to go to washroom and poop within 2-3 hours. Sometimes it's completely watery. Also after eating cheese I get horrible gas and stomach ache prevails thereafter. This started after I was really sick last month. I had fever and cold and later on diarrhoea. It took me a month to recover from that and I lost weight as well. And now I have problems having milk and cheese. I also get gas very easily after eating heavy foods

I am suffering from ibs since 8 month. How much time  it take to cure. From last 8 month taking tablate.

Fatty liver disease with increase of sgpt and sgot in my blood also find trace in my stool test

I have had trouble going to the toilet over the last 2 weeks. When I do go it is a struggle and I bleed. I am in pain for hours after I go. I read that I wasn't getting enough fibre so I have been eating more in the last 2 days. I have been taking dulcoease for 2 days as well and it seems to have softened my stools but am still bleeding and in pain. I have bathed in warm water, drunk morr water and eaten more fruit and fibred foods. Any idea what it is and what more I can do?

Experiencing blood in stool ,which sometimes go away for like 20-25 days and then again reappears. Kindly suggest some solution as i am very much scared.
