My liver is fatty grade 2, can someone help as what's that ? How long it take to normal ? What is the possible cause of this ?

I regularly have loose motions few days it's ok then again it starts suffering from this problem for over 10 years stomach is never in good shape digestion is not good. Consulted many doctors no result waste of money problem is as it is.

I go to toilet twice one after another daily since last 2 weeks each time bowel looser than previous.and throughout day i need not to go to toilet.bowel also does not looks like normal some times bloody and sometimes normal.
