Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had apendicities(laparoscopy) surgery last month.for two weeks i followed the diet schedule.after that i ate heavily.last 7 days onwards my stomach is bulging and pain in stomach and i realised that its gas problem.i am using some gas tablets.when going to washroom severe stomach pain is coming and motions also occuring.so suggest what happend to me?

Had some cake in the afternoon with some coffee. Did not lunch after breakfast. Started at 6pm first vomit. Then in last 3 hours twice.

I eat a lot but it doesnt effect on my body what is the reason please tell me good suggestion for my body

I am doing breakfast in morning with apple milk smoothie in empty stomach my question is its benefit or harmful and I listen some other person apple eating in  morning on empty stomach is harmful.

Ive been having stomach problems for about 2 years now. I have chronic constipation, severe bloating, and general discomfort. On and off I have sharp pains in my lower abdomen. Ive been different doctors that have not done anything. I had a colonoscopy that came back normal but that is the only test thats been done. I have changed by diet so I eat mainly whole foods and drink 3 liters of water a day. Doctors have only prescribed me different meds and told me to eat healthier. None of that helped

What should we do? Any side effects,any possible harm to my baby?please guide..............

My GGT level is 43 (normal<36) ad per lab. I am non alcoholic but obese. Will a diet change alone help or should I run to a doctor. All other LFT and CBC is normal. Shd I be getting stressed. How long does it take to get to normal with diet change?
