Often taking eldoper for ibs d.is it safe.no other tablet is controlling my diarrhoea.pls help

IBS -Avoid milk & milk products T-ake lots of Curd & butter milk -Every day morning, Write down what you have in your diet & note number of times you pass motions. Follow for 1month & you will realise which food you are allergic to & avoid that.
