Human waste is not excreted completely for past 1 week. Feel like no hungry and full stomach always

I'm liver transplant patient. Surgery was done on 17th of October 2010 .please advise accordingly

I am suffering GERD problem since 4 years and taking medicine regularly but there is no use for controlling the main problem was difficult to breath and swallowing it's hard to breathe for this any surgery procedure available...? Or any specific medical treatment available please inform
