I m having lose motions from last 4 days and also fever and feeling too much weakness

I have been having this problem from one year . initially docters tell me that you have problems of thyroids and i take medicine for three months but when i test again it is normal i changed approx five doctors but my problem is not solved please suggest me

I recently switched to Almond Milk as I preferred the taste but when I ran out I had to borrow a friends milk, which gave me really bad stomach pains. I've self tested and this occurs with all types of dairy milk. This even applies to freshly bought milk so its not due to the milk being off. I have no negative reaction to cheese or ice cream, just milk.

I've been having general, dull abdominal pain the last 4 days (more specifically in the umbilical region). I've had bloating, tenderness, gas, and constipation the last 4 days. Today, the pains are slightly worse, with the addition of nausea and occasional burping. I have been able to pass 3 bowel movements today, well-formed and light brown. I've been extremely tired the last couple of days, and have a headache today. My temperature is 37.2 degrees Celcius.

I’ve had left sided abdominal pain for about 3 weeks now. I have had my CBC checked and everything came back normal. I’m 26 years old and in general very healthy. I have had an increase in constipation lately, but had two good bowel movements the past two days. I keep thinking the absolute worst like stomach or pancreatic cancer, but wouldn’t that show up on a CBC? My older sister tested positive for h. Pylori, she told me to get blood work to test for that.
