Stomach Problems & Remedies

From last 3 days, i started to feel little pain at first. Right now after having meal, its paining a lot, i'm also feeling pain while walking now, after eating. While breathing feeling little chocked, like i'm not able to inhale as much air as i really can. Went to the medicine shop, but doctor was not there, the one present in the medicine shop prescribed me PANTOCID IT. May i know, is it just a gastic problem or something else. Please help

For the past 3 years, specifically during December and then a couple of times throughout the year, I have completely lost my appetite. Even the sight of food makes me feel unwell. I'm having to force myself to eat a lot of the time.

Hi doctor, I'm suffering from loose motion since yesterday. It started with severe pain in the lower abdomen day before yesterday, followed by loose motion (about 4-5times). I have taken Norflox tz , One last night and one today morning. Today also I had loose motions around 3 times.Do I need to take more tablets? Please advise Sir.

I had my gall bladder stone removal recently...after 2 days of my surgery, i started smoking cigrettes..its been one week, i smoked a lot and now i have quit..any bad effects ,i will have to face coz of that one week smoking. coz it been 14 days, but i get a burning sensation near my Navel. I had performed a CT SCAN for Abdoman. The Result will follow 1. Appendix Maximal measures 6.8 mm. Subtle fat stranding noted surrounding base of appendix -? Significant 2. Multiple Subcentimetric mesenteric lymphnodes noted in right iliac fossa. 3. No evidence of radio opaque calculus noted in both ureters. Please explain on this.

I'm bleeding, when I'm in motion (washroom). And there is pain for me only when I'm in wash room, after that I'm so free Nd there is no pain. And I'm shocked to see so much blood in the wash room, as it is first time in very scared. Please lemme know what'z the problem exactly. Nd I'm sure that it is not menses. Bcoz I'm suffering from pain we I go to the washroom. Please get me out of this problem.
