Its been in pain for the last 3 days ago until now. Its hurt on my lower right side stomach and my private part keep on discharge a thick white and a bit yellowish liquid

For a few weeks I’ve had this inflammation feeling pain on the lower right side of my stomach. Doesn’t really hurt but it’s just annoying. I’m 25 and I drink more than usual. But symptoms say you will feel the pain upper abdomin. Help?

I'm fourteen, male. For the past three days I think I've been constipated, but I don't know. My stools started off as kinda "stringy" but it's either getting better in an unpleasant way or it's getting worse. About an hour ago I passed a single stool, but it was very difficult to pass and felt EXTREMELY unpleasant. My stools seem almost "sticky" or perhaps "semi-solid." I don't know what's happening. I've talked with my dad but I don't think he knows what's totally wrong either. Help!!! :(
