I began with the diarrhea at 5am yesterday it was so bad I had to run home from work because I had an accident cause I couldn't hold it. From yesterday to today I noticed it's black coffee grain looking. I can't hold down any food or liquid. I have had a constant headache since yesterday but doesn't feel like my usual migraines. Also note I have relapse remitting ms.

Since 15 days I am going through gastric problem. I get burping, it starts with morning even on empty stomach and and even after taking meal. Last year doctor prescribed it. For this. If no please suggest medicine.

My Ultrasound report shows- Liver- Enlarged in size 12.4 cm and shape with increased perenchymal echogenicity. PV= 0.9 cm CBD= 0.5 cm and Hepatomegaly with fatty liver Is it a big problem ??? And the steps to cure it !!
