Stomach is rotating we can see from outside stomach is rotating and he's getting pain we went so many hospitals they checking and they saying everything is coming normal and the giving some tablets we are using but no use he's still suffering

Drank odonil 1week ago..also had appendix Operation previously...it's one week and continous stomach ache is there

Rabifast Dsr 2. Ondem4 3. DRT 4. T. Udilive150 4. Mericef 200. Kindly advice for the mentioned medication and can it be treated without any surgery. Also if there any risk factors now and in coming days.
