Sickness and diarrhoea

I've been throwing up instantly after eating and suffering with diarrhoea for a few weeks with bad abdominal pain. I did suffer with an eating problem (binge, purging) but I haven't done that in a little while now. However I'm now being sick without it being on purpose. Could this be related?
