Pile is clubbed terminology used by people. In medical term there is two different entity. Fissure in which there will be during passing stool and occasionally bleeding drop by drop. This is very common in India population. Actual pile which we called as hemorrhoids, in this generally there is no pain but bleeding after stool is common.
Next Steps
for piles , you need to show to surgeon (and lady surgeons are very less in India) and lady doctor (gynacologist) can't help you. Where as in fissure you have to do following things for at least 3 mnth after which you may get cured but recurrence is a chance even after decades
Health Tips
Take lot of fluids. eat lot of green leafy vegetables. apply lignocaine gelly inside of anus before stool. after stool is over take warm water in a tub and sit in it for 10 min (sitz bath) and again apply gelly in same manner. basically cause of fissure is hard stool and constipation. if you can control this by diet modifications, you will not need treatment other wise surgery is permanent solution
