My father is 68 years old , some times in morning and some times in night after eating meal it forms gas in his stomach and give's him a heavy chest pain and also increases his blood plessure , he has already been taking many tables recomended by doctors but it seems it is not atall working at him and it continous the pain , plz can i get help on it

From past 4 days i am having pain my back hemorrhoids and it is internal pain no bleeding . i am using cremaffin . and gas tablets for now . suggest me something . i have to go shimla day after tomorrow please help me out?

In the left side of navel when I press I can feel it's hard and feel heart beat and sometimes it gives pain

I have been face problem for few days where I am struggling to pass stool. I feel like lot of gas is trapped and feel like vomiting sometimes. Sometimes I feels burning sensation while cleaning anus.
