Headache muscle pain back pain fever already suffering from Antral gastritis

I have been experiencing sharp pains under my lowest lying left rib for almost 2 months now. I have lost all appetite, constant nausea, and because of that I’ve lost 15lbs. I can never go to the bathroom unless it’s in the morning, although it feels that I have something in my bowels at times. The stools are very acute and slimy. A GP said this could be an ulcer, but they didn’t investigate much. I’m desperate for answers. Also smoking triggers nausea, even the smell of it. Please help!

Hi Doctor I m 28 year old. last week I had a medical test(fast) result of medical bilirubin Totals(Method :DPD endpoint) is 1.48 mg/dl (Reference range: 0 - 1.0) but SGPT(ALT) 15.0 U/L (Reference Range: up to 50) is normal. May I know any problems with bilirubin count?
