I'm a trainee IT professional. I've recently moved to Chennai for my training for 1 month. Here I'm staying in hostel and taking food in hostel. It's been 4 days since I'm here. Two days back I had Puri for breakfast and since then I'm feeling nauseous and my stomach feels upset and I'm not able to eat anything correctly.
