What does it mean by mild edematous distal rectal wall thicknening by 7mm. This is shown in CT scan report post polypectomy. I had a sessile polyp measuring 1.2cm. polyp was removed partially. Biopsy shows tubular adenoma with moderate displacia. Base is free. I need to know CT scan report. Does wall thicknening meant as colon cancer? What is significance of wall thicknening?

I am having a pain below stomach..It happens generally when I come close to my partner...Initially it happened 2 months before when we met.
