I was diagnosed acute gastritis this march but till now i am feeling burning sensation in my stomach . Symptoms come and go but are not healing .  I have acid problems . I feel some bitter taste in my mouth. What are the causes of burning.  What are the treatments i can go for .

I have GERD at night,stomachs gets bloating dart food ,I pass to much gas through anus,my hemoglobin 11.9,serum iron 20.30 ,serum TIBC 487, Constipation is there,motion goes with paste,triedness after passing motion

Sir I've been having to much trouble while pooping and after the poop also for about 4-5 hours. My stools are very hard And it hurts a lots. I won't be able to sit nor sleep after taking a poop. I do consume lots of water but still my stools come hard. My stools dont bleed. But it hurts a lot that sometimes I start crying. And this is from abt 7 months
