Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi doc. Since past few months I have spotted blood traces in my stools consecutively, it gets spotted and automatically it vanishes for every 2 to 3 weeks for 2 to 3 days it happens. Whenever I spot blood on my finger at the end of my anus I feel like a cut or burning type feeling and then I will check. Please help :-(

I having pulse like pain in my chest and back. I am having gas trouble and digestion is not proper. My stool is hard and I go to toilet after one or two days. I work in BPO and I do not have my food on time, mostly at odd timings. Water consumption is less. The chest pains if gas is stored and needs to be released by burping. Hi doctor, I'm 27yrs old, unmarried girl. I'm experiencing constipation since 4days(its for the first time in my life I think). I tried many of the natural remedies but none of them seem to be working. I have hypothyroidism and I'm on 25mg of the hormone. I'm also taking Pan D capsules as I sometimes experience acid reflux too. Pleace kindly direct me the treatment for the constipation.
