Heavyness in upper right abdomen, oily feces Throbbing or pulsation in upper right abdomen part

I have done my hbsag test it is showing active in my body. I have done all the test cbc test and showing spgt and sgot is 250/254 .what i do now.

I have been nauseous for about 4 days and i began violently throwing up all through last night. With occasional blood/blood clots in the vomit. I have started taking the steroid Budesonide and Imuran and my doctor lowered my dosage yesterday and prescribed me medicine for the nausea and vomiting. I throw up the medicine and my stomach is in constant pain. Not sure if I should go to the emergency room for the blood. Nothing seems to be helping. I am 16 years old and was diagnosed with Crohn’s.

I'm experiencing gas build up in my chest that maked it feels like a tight fist. I have a sore throat on both side and feels as if I have a snot in my throat. Eating foods can create dizziness, chest pain, lighhead and the leftside of body is tingling. At times my chest can burn, as well as stomach.

Since 8 months ,my age is 25 and weight is 97kgs now. I want to know the what items should I avoid including fruits.please help me out fort this.

Even taking many medicines. She has to continuously burp. If burping is start she continued burp 20 to 30 times. Please suggest to stop burping

I've been having this problem last week. I have consulted doctor, iand my throat is ok. he said i might having a gastric. Whenever i drink like milk, eat cookies, porridge it is hurt but not at throat, the pain is feel at chest. the pain is like someone stab your chest.

Every 2nd day after having meals I get the problem of acidity.... and my joints along with legs pains a lot. During night while sleeping my body shivers from in And then I feel restless and unable to sleep at the same time. Please suggest.
