I am suffering from heavy gastritis from at least 6years I have taken treatment for a month but after that it returned to a same status it was ,I have left consuming tea , coffee bcos of this problem , I get heart burn usually ,and regularly burfing so please help me in this regard so that I can have peaceful day . Please suggest me cleared diet to follow which are simply reachable in common consumption

Hi i am getting frequent burps even on empty stomach. I have acidity problem, even after taking medication it is not reducing and due to heavy cough i am getting vomit. Please help me with this. I have consulted many doctors and their medication is giving me temporary relief. Thanks in advance.

I am suffering from GERD, if i get up from bed i burp and if i eat or drink i feel like the food is not passing to my stomach, i feel suffocate in my throat or chest and i get relief once i burp. I never had this problem before, i am controlling my food habits and i am losing weight.
