I got acid attack or reflux this 2:50pm and took 40mg of peprazom esomeprazole and was relieved. Now dinner time i ate oily food and acid attack occurs now. Can i take now risek 20mg omeprazole plus sodium bicarbonate? Is it safe? Theres an interval of 7 hours

I have been face problem for few days where I am struggling to pass stool. I feel like lot of gas is trapped and feel like vomiting sometimes. Sometimes I feels burning sensation while cleaning anus. Due to this my hunger is reduced. I hardly eat 2 times a day now. I thought it would be a normal digestion issue because of eating in canteen but now I feel like I have some serious issue. I have been facing this issue for pass 2-3 weeks.
