Stomach Problems & Remedies

I haven't eaten since about the 22nd or 23rd, so about 9 days. I'm aware of refeeding syndrome and know I can't just go back to eating normally or I could do some serious harm. I have been drinking water throughout. Do you have any advice for the refeeding process? Some sources I've seen indicate that monitoring of fluid, electrolyte levels etc. is important, which isn't really something I can't do myself. Is that necessary (i.e. going to hospital)? Taking Mitrazapine (30mg), am 24 and female.

It’s been 4 days since I haven’t had a proper bowel movement. Went to the doctors they said it was impacted and they gave me a strong stool softener which did nothing. I tried exlax that didn’t work. Prune juice along with everything else I ate including medicine went straight through me. Any poop that comes out is bile now. None of my food is absorbing. Not in any severe pain just alittle uncomfortable because I can’t poop. What should I do?

My daughter is frequently vomitting while eating atleast 2 times a day. Even after vomitting she is not hunger. We consulted a doctor and he explaine this as a gastro reflux problem and suggested CYP L syrup and Easomac powder for 1 month. Vomitting has reduced a lot for 5-6 months but again it started repeating now She started losing weight. Morning she is not taking any food and if we force she immediately starts vomitting. She is almost 3 years now. Pls suggest what to do.

My portion above the naval is a little out i.e there is a little bulge above naval .There is no pain whatsoever.I used to jog and this appeared then.Now the only problem I am facing is a little bulge and when I push my stomach inside there is a little strain which occurs in my lower back.This I am facing from last 8 months.There is  problem of bloating

MRCP report states a point: there is accessory right hepatic duct approx 15 mm proximal to cystic duct. What are the related risks in cholecystectomy with this above condition.

Alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase came out high in liver function test. Report snap attached. Is it something very serious. What should I do or take to keep it in control.

Ultrasound report finds enlarged liver by 17.5c.m.Is it abnormal increase? What are the consequences of it?
