Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, I have had a pain in my stomach for years now and it makes me irritable and anxious and it throbs in the lower left side of my abdomen , I have tried going gluten free cutting out alcohol and cigarettes and nothing seems to get rid of it , it is causing me major discomfort and some days I don’t want to leave my bed as it throbs and hurts that much, is there any ideas what the cause could be !!! Please I need help

In July this year my uncle was hospitalised as he was suffering from ascites and jaundice. And after being hospitalised the doctors further told as that they are also suffering from chronic liver disease. 3 days later they were discharged from the hospital. Now again he is suffering from ascites, umbilical hernia and chronic liver disease. So I just wanna ask a simple question does they require a liver transplant or some other medical treatment is also available. Kindly help me out. I am also attaching the liver function test report and other test report done during the time he was hospitalised.Here meld score is around 10/ 12. There are no symptoms of chirosis (i guess) just some swelling around his feet, ankle and knees. And if does require a liver transplant how much will it cost.

2, years backed I was checked my blood there found hepatitis B, that time I have no problem so, I did not take any treatment, but now I have getting gas or digestive problems, I want help what I have to do? Please help me.

I have problem of constipation for 2 month ....i tried dulcolex , cremaffin ayurvedic medicine, esabgol and other but it only effect on next day.....after ward again problem start..

Chronic constipation,severe headache throughout the day, dizziness, sometimes mucus comes out

Itchiness fresh blood stains very little and stomach ache sometimes Someimes no blood puts in a bit effort while removing fissuries

I have heartburn while eating, not after. Also at night I wake up to the pain. I want to know what over the counter medicine would work for me. So far I found prevacid24 hour, but I want a doctors opinion.

I have been feeling bloating and gassy after eating anything even something miniscule. This leads to smelly flauntance even if i am not eating food that induces smelly farts. It happens particularly with carbs like bread and sugary stuff, junk food sometimes milk. Im not lactose intolerant though.

I had this problem earlier also but it got okay withinh 2 weeks. again it started happen 2 days ago.

My friend who is doctor suggest me to take pan d .(not working ) then last niht i had a injection pantaprazole and buscopan iv Pain settled for few hours. Then again started.... I feel very discomfort kindly help me for this what should i do now
