Hello Doc I am facing naval dislocate. It has been since 3days my stomach is loose with dark brown in color and with gas it is happening. Can you please guide?

Sir I've been having to much trouble while pooping and after the poop also for about 4-5 hours. My stools are very hard And it hurts a lots. I won't be able to sit nor sleep after taking a poop. I do consume lots of water but still my stools come hard. My stools dont bleed. But it hurts a lot that sometimes I start crying. And this is from abt 7 months

I have been suffering from gastric from last 2and half weeks... I can eat everything but after 2-3 hours of taking meal the food is likely to come towards upwards, feeling uncomfortable at the upper stomach.. then I have to forcely vomit to get relief.. it has been such a regular problem..
