I have chronic constipation with no pain in stomach but feeling uncomfortable. I tried natual remedies such as lemon with salt,jaljira,pet safa and other like dulcoflex,evacuol but not getting any reaction.Not feeling any bowl movement also

I am facing this issue (constipation) for the past three days. I am not having a free and comfortable motion. Slight pain below the belly button. And feels so tight there. I tried drinking warm water, but all that goes as waste in the form of urine.

Hi doc. Since past few months I have spotted blood traces in my stools consecutively, it gets spotted and automatically it vanishes for every 2 to 3 weeks for 2 to 3 days it happens. Whenever I spot blood on my finger at the end of my anus I feel like a cut or burning type feeling and then I will check. Please help :-(

Hi doctor, I'm 27yrs old, unmarried girl. I'm experiencing constipation since 4days(its for the first time in my life I think). I tried many of the natural remedies but none of them seem to be working. I have hypothyroidism and I'm on 25mg of the hormone. I'm also taking Pan D capsules as I sometimes experience acid reflux too. Pleace kindly direct me the treatment for the constipation.
