Hi 7 years ago I suffered hepatitis a,dengue ,malaria and tyfoad at a time. Naw I am suffering fatty liver, constipation, acidity and gas. What should i do.

Ive had a stomach pain for a few weeks now. If I eat, it hurts. If I dont eat it hurts. (Though helps slighty after I eat) It feels like there is a monster in my stomach moving around and making me feel pain.
