Hi docter, My wife has multiple stone in her gall bladder max size of stone is 11mm. Doctor advised us to go for surgery? The insurance has a waiting period of 2 years for the coverage, it's 1.4 years now and 8 months to go. Alcohol Related Issue/Blood Test Results

I just completed a 7 day detoxification from alcohol. I have not had a drink nor do I plan to. However, I just received my blood tests results and my ALT is 61 (normal range is 1-33) and my AST is 69 (normal range is 14-34). Is this a death sentence? Or if I continue my sobriety can it go down to a normal range?
