Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi I have gone to a tour to araku valley where their I have played in a pond and unfortunately some water has entered in to my mouth and I swallowed it. But now after one week I feel like I am little ill and today I have observed white seed in my stool. I think I got infected by it I have Google and found that it is parasite infection caused by giardiasis. I am little worried is it going to be any serious health issue?? Right now I do not have any other severe symptoms.need help from you and suggest me if any medications  needed.

Om Tuesday December 19, 2017, I had my gallbladder removed because of gallstones. I am wondering how long I have to wait to have a drink.

Swelling on left feet.low sodium, potassium ,low.albumin,bilirubin marginally more. SGOT 12 units higher than normal. Had umblical hernia. Is transplant the only option. Ready for lifestyle changes. 60years. Bachelor.

I've been having diarrhea from couple of days and I went to a doctor but the medicines aren't effective enough. I feel cramps in my stomach and whenever I eat something the motions start.

My mom vomited blood right after she drink a lot of alcholic beverage. We went to a hospital and had her X ray but the result is after three days. Im just worried about my mom's condition. She doesn't drink often ( only occasional ) and this is the first time she vomited blood after drinking. She smoke too ( everyday ). What would be the problem??

I need to go poop again and again . I need to go 4-5 times a day. It is not loose motion but normal. If I eat something i need to go poop after 1-2 hours. I am having this problem from 2 years. That is why I am becoming weak and thin also. I dont eat maida. I eat normal food. 2 chapati in morning and 2 in evening. I drink lot of water.

I have IBD as per doctor told its not curable need to take tablet on life long,,is it that way?

My serum bilirubin is 0.7 Conjugated .31 Unconjugated .39 What action are required and what are its effects

I am currently undergoing the process of food poisoning. I took 2 capsules of imodium earlier, but only found out now that i shouldn't have done that. What should I do? Also, I am taking buscopan every 4 hours for my stomach cramps because they are too painful :(

From last 2 to 3 years iam going toilet after waking up and after completing of breakfast also I again have to go to bathroom. Why can't I flush it out in one go with empty stomach.if I skip the bathroom after breakfast then I need to go in between in day which is problamatic during working hours. Can you suggest me something thing to get my stomach empty in early morning.
