A/c to my ultrasound report.. I'm 27 year old My liver size is 165mm.. and kidney have stones in both 4mm and 4.5mm.. And sometimes feel pain. Is any problem of liver or kidney?

So, I've been through diarrhea for about 2-3 days, and i can not fart because everytime i want to, then the feces will come out too. And everytime i try to eat, i just feel sick and ended up throw up. I feel hungry but everytime i try to eat, it's like my stomach is not cooperating. Yesterday I ate fruit cake, rice, some chickens, vegetables, bananas, asparagus soup, and ice cream. Today i onlt eat a few crunch of peanuts, a slice of cake, rice, and chicken. But i ended up threw up.
