Inflammation I feel probably because of acidity but it's irritating though not very painful but inflammation

When is the right time to take biotin in a day?? Morning with empty stomach? Or afternoon or evening? Before meal or after meal. And what are the proven benefits with biotin.

Upper abodmen pain vomiting diarrhea back pain has been like this for the past 6 and a half hours! Tried laying down the get rid of the pain is not working! Dont know what else to do

Dear sir, I am a civil engineer from andhra pradesh.. I think u know that civil engineers doesn't have proper dite in profession. I got job in remote location in northern part of india and didnt conectarte on my dite. Now I came back to AP and feeling very difficult with my stomach by feeling bulging with gas. Ethically my tummy looks large. I used omee or omez tablets to control gastic problem. This tablet is giving temporary pleasant for 6 or 7 hrs. Recently if I take food like upma, pakodi etc intercity of this problem is increased. Please tell me permanent cure for this problem and to reduce my tummy size to look better.
