Stomach stiffness.
I have a brief history of weak gut..Over the past three four years...Stomach infection gastritis have been commonly diagnosed and treated by a physician. But over past one month or so...I have a very stiff Stomach...Making horrendous gurgling sounds after every meal...so loud that everyone can hear it.And painful when hungry...Inevitably each morning I wake up with a terribly stiff Stomach...I also happen to pass gas unknowingly in sleep which never happened earlier..Burping badly too.

U need thorough evaluation. Get an USG Abdomen done , followed by upper GI endoscopy. Let’s assume if both of these are normal , you just consider a colonoscopy.
