Chest pain & abdominal tightness Hi , visited physician for chest pain mainly towards right and radiating and is constant. Doctor said no need to take ECG. Have been on medication for gerd for last 6 days (sompraz 1-0-0 and gaviscon (1-1-1) But sometime have chest pain and tightness in upper stomach and also lower left side of abdomen. Is there any symptom of underlying heart disease. Or any serious gastroenteritis problem.?

In endoscopy test every thing normal shown but in Body:erosions+ showing any problem with this for digestive system.

I am having pain in my upper abdomen since 1 month , sometimes it becomes continuous and sometimes it is intermittent, after pain starts I start getting lot of burps which helps release pain but still I can feel burning sensation in upper abdomen. I am eating regularly and on a healthy diet. I have taken medicines such as orflox , nexpro , prepro nothing fixing the pain. I did ultrasound too, report came clean with no severe signs.

Cholestrol levels and ALT is elevated and cbd dilated upto 9.5 mm. She also has a lot of gas problem along with bloating and belching. What could be the probable cause.
