3 days ago I ate some chicken soup. The next day I had diarrhoea and was vomiting. Both were very watery. Yesterday I felt better so I ate some oatmeal. Today I threw it up and it looked the same as when I had eaten it except for the colour which was yellow. It was very dry and therefore very uncomfortable to regurgitate. My diarrhoea is still watery.
What can I do to get better?
