Had vomiting which stopped and Diarrhea which lasted for 3 days stopped and again started when ate something sweet. Have cough and cold, Had food poisoning few days ago. Should I take flagyl 400 mg?
If so , please suggest dosage?

Most likely its due to viral gastroenteritis, so no need of unnecessary antibiotics like Flagyl ,because without confirmation of bacterial infection, antibiotics is not preferred and in case of viral ,antibiotics not effective. So in my advice go for test otherwise ors and probiotics are sufficient for you.no need unnecessary flagyl.
