Hello sir ,
Plz eat high fibre diet and drink atleast 2-3 lit of water per day , avoid mild and milk products for few days and plz add up daily curds in your diet .
Next Steps
Tab rifagut 400 mg twice a day for 1 week and cap Econorm twice a day for 5 days
