Perianal absses fistula
Hello dr in feb 2017 i had an surgery for perianal abses but the operated area was bot healed then i had another operation fistuluctomy was done in end of August but still my perianal abses is draining and its been 4th month but there is no improvement in my abses now a surgeon recommends me to do colospy and another surgery of the fistula if you can help please suggest me diet and a good suggestion thank you

If u have a perianal recurrent problem, then undergo a pelvic MRI and see why is it recurring. Get CBC, ESR, albumin. Consult a gastroenterologist as well. Get  colonoscopy before next surgery.
