Fat stomach problem
Hi
I m a frequent consumer of gutka, tobacco,. I have been spending daily 15mins for exercise n still don't feel fat s getting burned. Also I m suffering with symptom called (in Kannada, uli thegu) n chest pain due to acidity.
Any treatment for this?
Yes I know I hav to quit tobacco but assist me alternate solution too.
