In morning , I use to go washroom for potti more than 2 to 3 times after gaps of half hour, hour & 2 hours then after this i completely fresh

I have had watery diarrhea for the last 30 hours and I violently threw up everything I ate yesterday. I took idium for the diarrhea (no noticeable difference) and midol for the abdominal discomfort. I have no fever or other flu symptoms. I'm getting a little dehydrated but trying to take in as much water as I can.
