Since childhood I have problem of going to toilet immediately after every meal. What is the cause? My age is 22years and weight is 45kgs.

And i already start taking medicatio from today. Is this any thing more worry or this is normal stomec infection

For one week, I had bloody stools. It started out pretty bad, but gradually lessened over time. I started taking a fiber supplement as well as hemorrhoidal wipes. I did diarrhea and had high fever, felt cold&hot all night on 7th. So I visited hospital on 8th morning, doctor said I had food poisoning. So I got medicine about stop diarrhea, anti-poison and stopping-fever. And now 10th, other symptom is stopped but still feel dizzy and have black poo. Is it normal process to be cured? Or do I need to visit hospital again?
