I have been problem of consipitation for 5 years.now I experience diarrhea with blood,test for stool sayed I had amoebiasis I treatment cut only the blood but stomach still ache for some period and I attend toilet for 3 times more a day,I was treated with tinidazole,second tinidazole and ...no relief.

I've been having heamorrids in anus and continuous blood stools since 2 weeks

My brother have jaundice problem since 3 months nd last report shows bilirubin 7.06, conjugated (d-bilirubin) 5.67, unconjugated (I. D. bilirubin) 1.39, SGOT 65.2, SGPT 87

I had two weeks before and recovering till now . Sgot sgpt were elevated which settled down in two weeks but i still pant i get tired i feel nausea in ac rooms and had loose motions today i don't eat spicy oily or fried food . I have pineapple juice every night . Can it be the reason or is it dengue related?

I ingested castor oil in the morning with orange juice for a detox. The recommended quantity was 30 ml but I could have taken 45 ml by mistake. I am now experiencing watery stools. I had primarily taken the oil to deal with constipation. I do not have any other symptoms. Please advice.

Doctor did a test and here are the details- Clinical diagnosis-"Colonoscopy- Heal ulcer 7 IBD" Nature of specimen- "Endoscopic biopsy from ileal                                           ulcer". Microscopic examination- "2 bits of tissue" Microscopic examination-"Sections shows fragments of ileal mucosa showing edema of lamina propria and infiltration of large numbers of lymphocytes and moderate numbers of eosinophils and plasma cells. no evidence of malignancy or granuloma seen" Impression- "chronic non specific ileitis" I didn't understand this report and doctor explanation was not clear as he speaks only in local language. can you please tell me what is the real problem and how to treat this.

My mother was recently hospitalised for gastric infection. There she was administered ofloxacin as part of her treatment, without our knowledge, though she is mildly allergic to the same . A day hence, she is complaining of throat soreness and mouth ulcers. Due to several medical complications, she cannot tolerate a majority of allopathic medicines. Will this allergic reaction subside without medication? Is there any precautions we can take in terms of diet?
