Piles problem
In past i have been suffering from piles but it suddenly calm down. But from few days it started again and opening of my anus is getting swellen. Please tell me some medicines and kindly mention the right diet i shall take in this situation

Piles is general term by which we can't understand any thing. However the symptoms you are telling going in favor of fissure which causes pain full hard stool and swelling around anus.

Hi, lump at anal canal may be due to a perianal abscess and this generally pains. Other causes are of external hemorrhoids with doesn't cause pain but occasionally when get thrombosed causes pain. A skin tag formation secondary to fissure in ano also presents same but that pains. Kindly get evaluated physically. You may require a short scopy done to rule out above problems.
