Hello I'm a 27 year old male and I've been having chest pains on and off it radiates from the left and right side I burp after I eat food or drink something it's more like a I can taste my food or drink I just had when I burp also what's new is I feel pain on my leftside of my neck and my left shoulder and sometimes my right shoulder

I have piles and hernia both. I want to know which one i treat first and how ?. And i am losing my weight when i am trying heavy exercise and running

Supposed I ate something then I will vomate Feel stomach heavy every time Feel always stomach swelled

Blood has been appearing in vomit and on toilet paper after toilet for nearly a year and a half. I presumed that it would pass but it hasn't . Instead I began to suffer stomach irritation sudden vomiting and bouts of dizziness. Most recently I've began to feel nauseous and suffer pains abdominally from consuming anything and the blood present on the toilet paper has increased.

I have observed that blood is passing in stool. I can see drops of fresh blood (red in colour) in stool. Alongwith this I'm having constipation and gastric throughout the day. I need to go to washroom 2 3 times a day but still it doesn't feel like an empty stomach. Please advise.
