Piles problem
I am have piles initially it was bleeding now it's started paining while passing stool and itching too. Done with colonoscopy as was very scared of as to why blood is coming when ever I pass the stool.plz suggest!! Thanks

By history, it appears to be fissure which is very common in India and some degree of bleeding is normal along with it. Get examined by general surgeon like me. If it's chronic, then definitely it needs surgical treatment otherwise medication and diet modifications will suffice

Hi dear if this bleed is not associated with pain than is generally due to piles and quantity of blood should be more. If this is associated with pain and quantity is less than this is due to fissure. At times there may be sigmoid colitis which leads to cramping lower abdominal pain and may cause passage of blood in stool. You should avoid constipation, as this is the cause for piles/ Fissure. it's better to get evaluated , a short scopy done to rule out the underline problem. Take salads in each diet. Take plenty of water. Get your self evaluated soon. Take care.
