My father is suffering for loose motion from one week . After eating anything he is suffering from loose motion What kind of medication I have to use. He has already used so many tablets related to loose motion like flagile and gramogyl. And ors also. But there is no effect of that medication. Plz suggest me diet for him. Bcoz he is dibeties patient.

I am getting motion only when I am taking lemon water in the morning. Without lemon water I am unable get the motion.After eating any kind of food undigested food coming out through my mouth
